EAGLE FORD TERMINALS SUPERVISORY BOARD
The Supervisory Board of Eagle ford terminals consists of a Eagle ford shareholder representative and six independent, non-executive Board members who hold at least four meetings per year. The core responsibilities of the Supervisory Board include the supervision and monitoring of the executive management, appointments to the Management Board, and the monitoring of business strategies.
